My strength as a strategic and forward-thinking leader has consistently placed my work at the forefront of the physician recruitment industry. 20 years ago, I led the first comprehensive employment brand strategy tailored specifically for Physician Recruitment branding in the profession, pioneering an approach that set a new standard. Additionally, I spearheaded an award-winning campaign that was one of the first marketing campaigns dedicated entirely to Diversity & Inclusion in a field that often struggles to reflect the cultural and diversity needs of our patient population.

As a passionate change agent, I continuously introduce fresh, innovative perspectives to provider recruitment strategies. I believe my most important role is to empower teams to think creatively and drive impactful change in the industry.

My expertise lies in building and implementing scalable, efficient, and high-ROI recruitment processes from the ground up. I have successfully led local, regional, and national recruitment models known for their efficiency and selectivity, consistently meeting high-volume and high-urgency needs.

With a proven track record in major markets including Boston, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Washington, DC, I have guided recruitment teams to success on both regional and national levels.

Additionally, I am honored to have served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR), where I contributed to the advancement of our profession on a national scale.
